Once payment has cleared we will ship your order to you or you can pick it up at our location in Diamond City.
Absolutely! Diamond City Farm Supply does not store your credit card information, and all payment processing is done by Shopify and Stripe (one of the largest credit card payment processors in the world). Your credit card information is completely encrypted and secure.
Yes, for most transactions. If the option is available it will show on checkout (see screenshot below).
Pricing
All pricing on our website is in CAD. If you would like a quote in USD please contact us at info@diamondcityfarmsupply.com.
Shipping
We ship across Canada and the USA. If you would like us to ship products to a location not listed in our shipping portal please contact us at info@diamondcityfarmsupply.com
Shipping on most products is free across Canada. Shipping to USA is charged at cost. Some oversize or heavy items may have a small shipping surcharge.
We offer multiple shipping options including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, LTL Freight and more. If you would like us to use a specific shipping method please mention this in your order notes when you check out.
No problem at all, we are located in Diamond City, Alberta (just north of Lethbridge). If ordering online simply select "Pick Up" instead of "Ship" when you check out. Once your order is ready to be picked up we will send you an email notifying you that it is ready.
